Bug Invasion: Swarmageddon
Last updated: February 13, 2026
Twin Software ("we", "us", "our") built Bug Invasion: Swarmageddon ("the Game") as a free-to-play mobile game supported by ads and optional in-app purchases. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.
Information We Collect
The Game itself does not require account creation, login, or any personal information to play. All gameplay data (progress, settings, scores) is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Third-Party Services
The Game uses the following third-party services, each of which may collect certain data as described in their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob — Serves ads (interstitial and rewarded video). AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. Google Privacy Policy
- Firebase Analytics — Collects anonymous usage data (app opens, gameplay events, crash reports) to help us improve the Game. No personally identifiable information is collected. Firebase Privacy
- Apple StoreKit — Processes in-app purchases ("Remove Ads"). Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. Apple Privacy Policy
Advertising & Tracking
The Game displays ads through Google AdMob. On iOS 14.5 and later, the Game will request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before collecting your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalized ads.
- If you allow tracking, AdMob may use your IDFA to serve personalized ads.
- If you deny tracking, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your activity across other apps.
- You can purchase "Remove Ads" to permanently disable all ads in the Game.
In-App Purchases
The Game offers a one-time purchase to remove ads. This transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information.
Children's Privacy
The Game is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Game uses age-appropriate ad content settings as required by AdMob.
Data Retention
All gameplay data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the Game removes all local data. Anonymous analytics data collected by Firebase is retained according to Google's data retention policies.
Your Rights
Since we do not collect personal data directly, there is no personal data for us to delete or export. For data collected by third-party services (Google, Apple), please refer to their respective privacy policies and data management tools.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
